Challoch is Tealloch ~ 'hearth,
forge' particularly a blacksmith's forge on high ground. Challoch
Farm, on high ground, was originally a part of the Ardwell Estate.
Nowadays Challoch is no longer a working farm but a friendly and welcoming
country house Bed and Breakfast. 
Challoch bed and breakfast
is set in an idyllic, unspoilt rural position, with westerly views over
the undulating countryside to the Irish Sea and the Mountains of Mourne.
Our westerly facing conservatory is ideally placed to watch the
spectacular sunsets the big skies over the Rhins provide on a regular
basis.
Christine and
Stuart Yeadon are your hosts at Challoch bed and breakfast, and their good
local knowledge will ensure you get the most out of this beautiful part of
